“I’d like my daughter to go to a local school, a school that she could walk to herself.”

“Being a mother, a single parent, and disabled, good local schools are very much needed. They really need to plan and build more schools for future generations.

“I’d like my daughter to go to a local school, a school that she could walk to herself, but there really isn’t much of a choice. At the moment I take her to school, but I have to get help because of the distance issue.

I get help picking her up from school because I don’t want to stop her from going to the after-school activities. I don’t want her to be denied these opportunities because I can’t pick her up.

“I have the right to want the best, and so does every other parent. Education is supposed to be important, so if we can’t be happy where we send our child, what is the point?”
